  • – 4 cardamom pods (lightly crushed)
  • – 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • – 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar
  • – 2 cups of milk

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the tea bags, cinnamon stick, ginger, cloves, cardamom pods, and black peppercorns to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce the heat and let the spices simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the honey or sugar until dissolved.
  5. Add the milk and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once the chai latte is hot, remove it from the heat and strain it into mugs.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
