Description

Delicious no-bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Balls combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and a rich chocolate coating for the perfect bite-sized treat. Ideal for parties, holidays, or as a quick indulgence, these easy-to-make treats are loved by all ages.

Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter: 1 ½ cups (creamy or crunchy)
  • Powdered Sugar: 1 ½ cups
  • Unsalted Butter: 2 tablespoons (softened)
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: 2 cups
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips: 2 cups
  • Vegetable Oil: 1 tablespoon

Optional:

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt
  • White chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  • Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth. Adjust with more powdered sugar if sticky.
  • Incorporate Crumbs: Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until evenly combined into a firm dough.
  • Shape the Balls: Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Repeat until finished.
  • Freeze: Freeze the tray for 30–60 minutes to firm up the balls.
  • Melt Chocolate: Microwave chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until melted. Add vegetable oil for smoothness.
  • Dip in Chocolate: Use a fork or toothpick to dip frozen balls into melted chocolate. Tap off excess and place back on the tray.
  • Set the Coating: Refrigerate the coated balls for 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for three months.
  • Use white chocolate or dark chocolate for variations.
  • If the mixture is too sticky to work with, chill it for 10 minutes before shaping.
