  • 34 Vidalia sweet onions (sliced into thick rounds)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

  • 1/2 tsp oregano (for a touch of herb flavor)
  • 1 cup Italian blend cheese, finely shredded (a mix of mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded (for a sharp cheesy flavor)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded (adds extra umami and saltiness)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
